Event or Tutoring Sessions, or join any WebTeach Groups, other registered users of this Site may view your username and may send you emails, but they will not be able to see your actual email address or real name unless you have elected to allow other registered users to see those identifiers. WebTeach collects usage statistics of WebTeach website as well as the WebTeach application through embedded Google Analytics code to better understand the customer behavior. If you use or receive a Token for any event on WebTeach, WebTeach has the right to provide the Token provider demographic data of the usage, but not your real name or street address or city. If you prefer to opt out of this feature in the application please contact us and we will guide you on the opt-out process. For example, demographic data we may transmit, but not limited to are: Age, race, zip code, subject matter interested in, and site usage statistics.
When you install any WebTeach software, you will have the option to notify WebTeach of your installation. If you choose to notify WebTeach of your installation, we may collect personally identifiable information that is transmitted with your notification such as your email address, your domain and the version that you have installed. We will use the personally identifiable information included with such notifications to improve the quality of WebTeach software and to manage and provide you with support and for marketing analysis. We may also use this information to send you marketing messages about products and services that might be of interest to you.
WebTeach recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests..
